Encore Club At Reunion Sets New Record

Orlando’s main theme park operators are moving more dirt than ever, adding brand new attractions and upgrades to the Central Florida Tourism offerings.
Walt Disney World only recently completed its biggest expansion ever at the Magic Kingdom, with the beautiful ‘New Fantasyland’ area, that is rumoured to have cost over $300m.
Universal’s Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Diagon Alley, made its first magic this year, and there’s already a very clear indication from Universal’s parent company ‘Comcast’ that more, much more is on it’s way, including a new King Kong themed major attraction due in 2015.
Disney aren’t finished though, and a new makeover for Downtown Disney Springs plus Pandora: The Land of Avatar and a hefty makeover of Hollywood Studios are all in the pipeline to keep bringing more visitors than ever to Central Florida.
With a record 59 million people visiting Orlando in 2013, and a predicted growth per year of over 3%, the Orlando area is indeed making ‘economic magic’!

While the theme parks shape up nicely, so too is the stunning Reunion Resort, just a few miles south of Walt Disney World.
More luxury vacation rental homes than ever are springing up around the stunning landscapes strips of prime real estate around those 3 PGA golf courses.
It’s the Encore Club at Reunion that is clearly leading the way however, as a whole new ‘resort within a resort’ takes shape in a 300 acre subdivision just off Sinclair Rd.

We’ve been sharing aerial construction images over the last few months as the resort emerges out of the ground, that was once an abandoned orange grove, but the latest news from Encore confirms that the resort’s growth is doing particularly well.
Great news for those that have already bought a fabulous home at the Encore Club at Reunion, but a timely wake up call for anyone hoping to invest in the luxury resort!

David Pisano, Sales Manager at Encore revealed today that their Reunion project had topped Encore’s all time sales record in any month during Encore’s long history in the luxury resort industry.
During November 2014, Encore sold 40 of it’s high end 5-10 Bedroom pool homes, valued at an incredible $20 million dollars.

The remarkable interest in Encore’s amazing floor plan options stems from the domestic US market, China, Brazil, and UK.
While the demographics of owners at the Encore Club very much reflect the breakdown of those amazing 59 million tourist figures, it’s further evidence that Orlando is becoming a huge magnet for overseas investment.

Encore Clubhouse ReunionUnlimited access to Encore’s resort amenities will be the prize for owners and their guests staying at one of Encore’s luxury vacation rentals.
With the 3 storey club house about to break ground, even more owners and their guests look set for a fabulous vacation from the summer of 2015!
All good news for the Encore Club at Reunion.

Talking to David Pisano, we also learned that Encore’s success in November has been strengthened by the addition of two entirely new models to their collection of floor plans at Reunion Resort.
As Orlando’s leading luxury property manager, Jeeves is certainly noticing the increase in popularity of 8+ bedroom homes as the trend for families to visit Orlando with their extended family and friends spirals upwards.
We can’t wait to see the new designs, and we promise to let you take a peek as soon as we find out more!

Aerial Shots of The New Encore Club at Reunion #2

As part of our ongoing monthly aerial shot series, November brings the first sign of roofing at the Encore Club Reunion!

The shot above is taken just over the intersection of Old Lake Wilson Rd and Sinclair Rd, looking south west towards Reunion Resort’s Muirfield Loop and the 429 toll road.
In this shot, we can see Champions Gate’s Omni in the far distance and to the top left corner of the image, Interstate 4’s exit 60.  Keen eyed observers, will notice a numberof important milestones in this fabulous image;

  1. The lots in the foreground are clearly taking shape, with preparation well under way for concrete to arrive soon.
  2. The road works are however becoming well established as the construction vehicles pack down the solid dirt.
  3. Most importantly for the Encore Club resort however, the dark area to the far left corner of the sandy colored area reveals an important milestone for any new vacation home development; The Model Homes!

The shot above, really surprised us!
We were definitely expecting to see great progress to the area at the top of the image (Phase 1), but were taken aback by the fact that Encore seem to be preparing ground for the next phase, well in advance!
Talking to Encore’s sales team, demand has been high, and lots are definitely selling quickly!

One of the most amazing things about this image, is the progress.  Just 4 weeks ago, the vertical construction had just begun.
Now however, we can see the remarkable sight of 5 of the Encore Club Model Homes, complete with tiled roofing in place!

The home models shown are (closest to camera first)

Encore have developed a reputation for building fabulous luxury resorts, and from the seat of this aircraft, we can clearly understand why!

Encore Club Reunion – Aerial Shots #1

The 300 acre Encore Club at Reunion, is beginning to take shape just a few miles south of Walt Disney World!

From the summer of 2015, the first phase of homes, and a fabulous private clubhouse will be available for guests to enjoy their dream vacations in in this luxury vacation community that will eventually include 700+ beautiful homes.

With an amazing array of options, owners and guests can choose 5 to 10-bedroom homes ranging in size from 2911 – 4724 square feet, costing from around $400k to $600k.  But hurry!  Encore sold an incredible 30 properties in just the first few weeks of November alone!

See the transformation take place yourselves with these stunning aerial shots taken mid October 2014!

In the picture above, we can see the entire 300 acre Encore Club site, complete with the D shaped pond just off Sinclair Road, which will remain as conservation.  Along the length of Sinclair Rd, we can see two Resort access points.
The first phase of homes will be developed in the area that is the lighter golden sand color, that borders North Old Lake Wilson Road (County Road CR 545).  (We believe that once the first phase is complete, resort traffic and construction traffic will be separated for guest convenience, each using their own dedicated access routes).
To the top right hand corner of the image, Reunion Resort’s Sandy Ridge homes can be seen just beyond the interchange 60 of Intestate 4 .  The 429 toll Road runs diagonally towards us down the right hand side of the image and the bottom right hand corner of the image shows the former abandoned Citrus trees that once populated the entire site.

The shot above is taken from over intersection 60 on the I-4 and is pointed North towards Indian Ridge.  Just further into the horizon, we can see Mystic Dunes Resort.  (Note: If the camera was tipped back a little further, we would see the trees surrounding Walt Disney World’s Animal Kingdom towards the horizon!
To the upper left of the image, we can see the exit Toll Booth of the 429 near the intersection of Sinclair Road, and to the centre right, what looks set to become the main entrance to the Resort from North Old Lake Wilson Road (County Road CR 545).
Also, the golden sand colored area shows the beginnings of the first phase road layout!

Above we can see the Encore Club at Reunion taken from above North Old Lake Wilson Rd looking South West.
In the foreground we just miss the intersection of Sinclair Road and Old Lake Wilson Rd, but we get a perfect view of the road layout of phase 1 in the sand.  Towards the top right of the picture we can see the exit toll booths of the 429, and to the top left, that fabulous I-4’s intersection 60 is just about in view.
To the very top of the shot, we can see Golden Bear Drive and Muirfield Loop estate homes around the 14th and 15th fairways of the Nicklaus PGA course.  If you peer really closely, the top of the image also includes a snippet of Desert Mountain Ct.
Most importantly, over to the far left side of the shot, we can see the first signs of vertical construction at the Encore Club!

Keep checking back with us soon and we will bring you regular images of this exciting new luxury resort!
